Refund policy

At Sr. Michelado, we take great pride in providing high-quality snack seasonings, chelada mixes, beer salts, and other food-related products. Due to the nature of our products and for the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food items.

Why We Do Not Accept Returns:

- Food Safety & Contamination Risks – Once a product has left our facility, we cannot guarantee that it has remained unopened, untampered, or stored under proper conditions. Accepting returns would pose a health risk to our customers.

- Regulatory Compliance – Food safety regulations prevent us from restocking or reselling returned food items, even if they appear to be unopened.

- Quality Assurance – We ensure that all our products meet strict quality standards before they are shipped. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us for resolution.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Email us at orders@srmichelado.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Sr. Michelado is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue with delivery, we recommend checking with your local postal service or filing a claim with the carrier.
